Business Insider SSA takes a look at how the 'Party King' makes and spends his money:

How he makes his money

Shaffie, who hosts Kiss 100's Big Breakfast Show, is one of the few radio hosts in Kenya said to pocket a fat salary.

He was once quoted by a local magazine as saying that, ‘I get a lot of money. Its Jackpot money.'

"I do not earn as much as the President but I get more than MPs," he quipped. Keep in mind that a Kenyan MP earns about Sh710,000 per month, so you can do the Maths.

How he spends his money

Shaffie is known for spending loads of money on luxury items like watches, shoes, electronics, cars and is also a lover of high-speed motorbikes. The Kiss 100 radio presenter is also said to live in one of Nairobi's suburb areas.

“That’s Nia's school bus!” Shaffie said when asked about his old car.

He owns a Montblanc 4810 Chronograph Automatic watch that retails for roughly around Kshs. 400,000.

One cannot also help but notice Shaffie's evident love for fashion.
