The head-of-state, in a televised address to the nation, made the announcement while releasing the full list of his Cabinet.
Monica Juma, who prior to her nomination served as the Permanent Secretary in the same ministry, is set to take over from the post previously held by Amb. Amina Mohammed who has now been nominated as the Education Cabinet Secretary.
