Meet the wealthy Kenyan pastors who flaunt top-of-the-range cars, golf in South Africa and vacation in exotic spots

The flamboyant couple are among Kenya's wealthiest pastors

The couple run the Jubilee Christian Church in Nairobi with 15 Kenyan branches and five international churches.

They have managed to grow the church from an establishment running on borrowed seats to an institution with branches all over the world.

The Kiunas, as they are popularly known, have grown their wealth over the years and now sit top among the richest pastors in the country.

From top-of-range-vehicles to the exotic places that Mr Kiuna has visited to play golf and not to forget their luxury home in Nairobi, the flamboyant couple have not shied off from sharing details about their lavish lifestyle over the internet.

Even though details about their net worth remains elusive, as is the case with other ministers in the church industry, all indicators point to the Kiunas living a life akin to celebrities.

Business Insider SSA delves into the couple's luxury world which has often been shrouded in controversy:

The Kiunas have three children — Vanessa, Stephanie and Jeremy

JCC is one of the largest churches in Kenya which, according to Rev. Kathy Kiuna, seats close to 10,000 members

The Kiunas have a luxury home in the leafy suburbs of Karen, Nairobi

They are reportedly said to possess luxury cars including a Range Rover and Mercedes Benz

Bishop Allan Kiuna was once at the centre of a social media storm following allegations that his congregation had agreed to buy him a multi-million private jet. While it was just hearsay, Kiuna admitted that he indeed hopes to get one, in order to 'meet the demands of missionary work from one continent to another'

When it comes to vacations, the couple has a good taste for exotic holiday destinations

According to Kathy, they both play golf during their off day on Monday.....

....and his husband has on occasion been pictured golfing in South Africa

They also wear designer clothes, watches and accessories

While their flashy lifestyle has often divided church opinion, the couple has maintained that they've been blessed with wealth 'because they lead humble lives.'
