World 800m record holder David Rudisha on Friday pulled a stunt on national TV by pretending to be injured while training at a hotel in Nairobi.

Rudisha was pictured having his regular training session at Silver Springs Hotel in Nairobi before having to cut short his training after "getting an acute appendicitis."
The middle-distance runner was treated by members at the gym before paramedics arrived.
Local media station KTN later showed Rudisha alighting from the ambulance and jogging to the hospital due to heavy traffic on Ngong road.
He later tweeted saying that it was all a stunt as his aim was to increase awareness and educate Kenyans about the importance of giving way to ambulances on the roads and also importance of ambulance Services.
