So much love!
Karimi wa Kinyua(@RealKamesKarimi) on Sunday tweeted a couple of images showing a matatu that bore artwork of the two time NBA MVP player and tagged him in the tweet.
"Yo' , I thought you should know that there is a matatu (public transport) here in Nairobi, Kenya that pays homage to you! ."
And to his surprise, Steph Curry responded to the tweet a few days later with the caption: "So much love!!!!"
Matatus are a widely used form of public transport in Kenya and are known to sport diverse designs featuring hip hop artists, international pop stars, athletes, political icons and even religion.
In May this year,Liverpool player Divock Origi showed some love to a matatu which had a graffiti of himself and fellow team mate, Daniel Sturridge.
He posted a photo of the graffiti on his Instagram and accompanied it with a glowy appreciation of his Kenyan roots.
