Tecno is set to shake the African market with their latest photography driven smartphone

It's bigger, it's better and it's about to take over the African market.

Tecno is one of the leading brands on high functionality economy smart phones in Africa.

The two gadgets come as the successors of Tecno’s selfie oriented Tecno Camon C9. The launch that took place earlier on today saw Kenya become the first country in the world to experience Tecno’s latest product in the market. This moves to prove the ever expanding growth of the technology sector in the Kenyan economy.

With many more companies embracing the two-variants launch for their mobile gadgets, Tecno got on board with the Tecno Phantom 6 and Tecno Phanton 6 Plus gadgets that were released late last year. For the brand Camon, Tecno has opted to feature the Air series, a name commonly used to depict a lighter brand on product in terms of weight, however, for Tecno it's all about convienience.

According to Dickson Ireri, Product Manager Tecno Mobile in Kenya, the Tecno CX Air is a simpler version of the Tecno CX that allows Tecno users to enjoy the same kind of features that the Tecno CX offers at a lower price, "For some of our users, it's all about having the lastest gadget in the market, for other's it's about the features but price is the limiting factor. Our aim it to reach as many people as we can and the CX Air will offer the experience our users desire at a lower price."

The smartphone uses a smart image sensor composed of 16 mega pixel sensors in the front camera, coupled with unique ‘4 in 1’ technology.
