Books on Emotional intelligence
Being the CEO of one the largest regional organisations requires more than your average intellectual ability (IQ) to pull it off.
A fact Hope is more than alive to and goes out of her way to nurture and grow her emotional intelligence so as to ensures she enjoys professional success and mutually rewarding personal relationships.
Overtime experts have successfully argued emotional intelligence (EQ) matters just as much as your intellectual ability (IQ) – if not more.
