Safran is the company contracted by IEBC to provide the biometric technology needed to power the Kenya Integrated Elections Management System (KIEMS) for the August General Election.
The former Prime Minister asked the French Government to launch investigations against the firm after the presidential election results were termed null and void by the Supreme Court.
He further noted that if the company is found culpable of wrongdoing should be prosecuted.
Odinga who was joined by Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula faulted the electoral body for not following orders issued by the Supreme Court in setting the dates and rules of the next presidential election.
According to the NASA leader, IEBC had not consulted his team.
He questioned why other presidential candidate had been ejected from running in the fresh elections highlighting that only a run-off dictates that the two leading candidates should participate.
At the same time, Odinga claimed that the presidential ballot papers were not printed by the Dubai-based Printing firm Al Ghurair.
"We know that the original were printed here in NAirobi by a printing firm along Mombasa Road," Odinga alleged.
