Kenyan celebrities who spend a fortune on hair

They say that a woman’s hair is her crowning glory, and so many celebrities are shelling out huge amounts of money to ensure that their crown is preened, polished and stylish.

1. Vera Sidika

Vera Sidika caused outrage on social media a few years ago after confessing that her weave cost Sh450, 000. But that’s not all, the bootylicious babe revealed that she can spend up to 2 Million Naira on champagne at a VIP club in Nigeria back when she used to visit the West African country.

“When you go out treat yourself to the maximum because you only live once. If you are going to spend 60,000 or 100,000 per night, go ahead. You may not be around tomorrow. I am single, young and don’t have a family to take care of so I spoil myself once in a while,” she told Drum Magazine during an interview.

2. Victoria Kimani

From different colors to different cuts, Victoria constantly raises and sets the fashionable hair bar. And as it turns out, alianza kitambo. About a few years ago, the ‘Two of Dem’ singer spent $1,470 (about Sh147, 000) on a weave from the Edee Beau Studios in London.

Anerlisa has been known to spend over Kshs 195, 000 on a single salon visit and that is why she might have been offended by her wig being compared to a ‘cheap Dubois weave’.

A few months ago the Keroche Heiress shared a receipt of her salon expenses, a receipt that had people clutching their chests because the amount she spent on her hair is the kind of salary people desire for when it comes to their dream job.
