The 2017 edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) was held on November 12 in Lagos with a host of African stars converging at Eko Hotel & Suites for a night of music and felicitations.

Kenyan Gilad Millo won the Best Artist in African Rock, while Ugandan Eddy Kenzo scooped the Best East African Act, with Tanzanian Nandy winning the Best East African Act.
