Kenyan singer and business woman Akothee has sent a special message to Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho, as he turned a year older.

In the message she shared on her Instagram page, the mother of five thanked the Governor for his contribution to the entertainment industry.

She also recognized his leadership skills saying that his simple acts of attending entertainment events have changed and supported the lives of many people.

The Mombasa governor goes in record as the only governor who spends most of his time around musicians as well as sponsoring and attending entertainment events.

Joho is also a very close friend to singers Alikiba, Ommy Dimpoz and several Kenyan artistes, including Bahati, Willy Paul, and Akothee among many others.
