Akothee wins hearts after donating food and water to Turkana residents

As soon as reports went viral that people had died in Turkana because of hunger, Kenyan singer Akothee immediately launched a fundraiser to help buy food and send to Turkana residents.

True to her words, the mother of five raised the funds with the help of interested groups and well–wishers and is currently in Turkana donating food to the affected people.

Her kind act has melted the hearts of many Kenyans and for the first-time, people are siding with the madam boss and praising her for the good work.

According to Madam Boss, her father worked in Turkana and she was partly raised and schooled in the area, and she could not let the people of Turkana die of hunger.

This comes even after Government denied reports that people had died from hunger.
