2Pac's biopic meets negative reception upon release

Celebrities such as rapper, 50 Cent, slammed the movie, referring to it as a poor depiction of the life of 2Pac.

All Eyez on Me (Release Date: June 16)

One of these came from 2Pac's close friend, Jada Pinkett Smith whose character was played by actress, Kat Graham.

She made her thoughts known on Twitter, holding nothing behind in a series of blunt tweets.

According to Smith, scenes captured in the movie does not aptly portray the relationship she had with the rapper.

"The reimagining of my relationship to Pac has been deeply hurtful", she said.

"Forgive me ... my relationship to Pac is too precious to me for the scenes in All Eyez On Me to stand as truth."

Smith was however grateful to the actors who played various characters in the movie.

She expressed her gratitude with the comments, "Thank you for bringing so much heart and spirit to your roles."

The actress was not alone in her criticism of the biopic.
