This revelation was made after a fan described ‘Flair by Betty’ as better than Vera Sidika’s Beauty Parlour. “Flair by Betty vs Vera Sidika Parlour yours is way too high congrats girl.” A fan commented.

In response, Betty disclosed that everyone has their own preference and the two salons don’t have to be in competition with each other. This is because ‘Flair by Betty’ is doing its best and serving its clients the best way it knows how and that is what is important.

“Thank you so much, but I guess people might prefer this or the other salon and it is okay. Us here at Flair by Betty we are happy. We are treating our client’s right and that’s what matters. We are glad that we are busy and that’s what matters.” She said on Instagram Live.

Betty Kyallo’s salon ‘Flair by Betty’ opened to the public on Saturday 14th April 2018 at the FCB Mihrab building on Lenana Road. While Vera Sidika’s Beauty Parlour opened its doors on June 28, 2018, and is located at Western Heights, Karuna Close.

Many thought that there would be some sort of ‘salon wars’ but the two have proven that there can be more than one boss in the Nairobi Salon Business.
