Mama Betty speaks out
During the 22 minutes Interview, Ms Kyallo touched on different aspects in life, with her mother disclosing of how she warned her, but she didn’t listen and in the end things did not go well.
Mama Betty didn’t mention the specific thing she had warned her daughter against, leaving the audience to guess what it could have been.
“I warned her sometimes back, I won’t say anything about it but she never listened na ikakuja ikaharibika, my eyes were so ahead, I saw something ahead but she thought mum I’m okay. But sometimes it’s good to listen,” said Mama Betty.
I don’t know her kabisa
During the Interview, Betty also addressed claims that Dennis Okari’s wife Naomi was her best maid during their wedding back in 2015.
She made it clear that her best maid was Gospel singer Rosy Ohon and she was also surprised to hear people say that Naomi was at her wedding with Okari.
“I don’t know her kabisa. I saw people saying sijui ati alikuwa kwa harusi. Listen the lady who was my best maid back in the day was Rosy Ohon the gospel artiste. This is not the same girl,” said Betty Kyallo.
The Flair by Betty boss then added she was happy that her ex-husband had moved on and she wished him the best in his new union with Naomi.
She went on to say that she had already moved on and she wanted Okari to feel the joy she has been feeling with her new man.
“Yeah I saw Okari moved on I’m happy for him. It was bound to happen at some point. I’m happy for him and I wish him all the best because I’m happy and I want him to feel the same way,” said Betty.
The TV presenter said that when the divorce with ex-husband Dennis Okari, happened her daughter was the person who kept her going.
“When the divorce happened and the separation, she is the one who kept me. Every day I would go home and see her and dance and have a good time. I have to make sure that three years down the line she has to go to a good school. So I just don’t spend money, everything has to be planned. You stop thinking about yourself and more about her. I’ve become a bit less into myself. But it’s really nice being a mum,” Said Betty.
