Chiki Kuruka has addressed the speculations for the first time urging the media not to be so cruel and insensitive.
“It is unfortunate that anyone let alone publications with such a wide reach would report on unverified rumors. There is a great deal of libel going on and aside from categorically denying the rumor, I would like to set the record straight. I urge media and entertainment journalists to not be cruel and insensitive in their efforts to get page views”captioned Chiki on her Instagram Video.
Chiki added that such rumors can cause potential immeasurable pain and suffering in the life's of people.

“Rumours of a personal nature have the potential to cause immeasurable pain and suffering. And in this case, entrench stereotypes about women that are also ultimately harmful. I say no more of this nonsense” Wrote Chiki on her Instagram account.
Chiki went ahead to explain that the rumors were born after she was not able to attend a number of events with her Partner like she used to do back then.
“The motivation behind this conversation is because i was not able to attend a number of events with my partner, leading everyone to believe that we had broken up. First of all my partner has not attended many events with me.” Explained Chiki in her Instagram video
The reason behind her not being able to attend events with her boyfriend Bien was set straight in her video, as she explains that she is a woman who is running a number of activities and therefore she got held up.

“I’m a woman with a TV show, studio, multiple contracts, family and friends and yes, a phenomenal boyfriend. It took me a while to speak up….I wanted to take time to really think about how I felt” said Chiki in her Instagram Video
Bien Baraza had early on poured cold water on the rumors saying, people will talk and later they will mind their own business.
