MCA Tricky’s emotional tribute to late comedian Ayeiya on first anniversary
Tricky in his tribute revealed that the two were best of friends and Ayeiya was the first person who told him that he was doing well and that he was the one who called him for the first three jobs he did.
“Ni mwaka kamili tangu bro utuache ,,,best friend hadi tukienda tulikua tunaadjacent seats ..Najua ulikua na mabeshte but kumbuka you the first to tell me "Bro unaweza mbaya!" Meaning "You loved my first ever shows" ,,then kidogo kidogo "uchomi" za kwanza tatu hivi ni wee uliniitia pamoja na mushina mwenzetu ,,(uchomi wasee ni events tunaitagwa kuperform) ..Ayeiya you introduced courage into my art,, when we could chat and exchange the loud "A mutude" shouts whenever we met,, I miss and will ever miss that greeting !!Lala salama 'sAnniversary,” read MCA Tricky’s tribute.
At the time of the accident Ayeiya was in the company of his wife and comedian Paul Wakimani Oguttu who sustained injuries.
