The reason is because the Power Breakfast show host has been hitting the gym for 3 months now and has lost 9 Kgs.
His decision to hit the gym came after some worrying news that a doctor gave him.
“I visited Doctor Wangata and he ran a couple of tests and told me I was not doing too well on my cholesterol levels. So I reached out to my trainer now Evelyn Owala of Eveal Health and Fitness and started the journey.” He disclosed on Tizi talks.
Having high cholesterol levels can increase the risk of atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), heart attack, stroke, peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and other heart problems due to decreased blood flow that is caused by the buildup of cholesterol in blood vessels.
Aside from the health benefits, losing weight has had a huge impact on Willis’ overall well–being as he feels more confident now.
“I am more confident now. My esteem is way up, i know it’s hard to believe it was down. It made a difference in my pocket too because now I have to shop for new clothes; but it is a good problem hahaha! Plus I have lost about 9kgs!” He said.
