KCFB under the leadership of Dr. Ezekiel Mutua has promised to take disciplinary action against the two celebrated media personalities for always holding discussion meant for the watershed period in the morning.
“Our attention has been drawn to several adverts and programs airing on our local broadcast networks without compliance to the provisions of the Films and Stage plays Act Cap 522 of the Laws of Kenya and the Programme Code for free to air Radio and TV stations,” Ezekiel Mutua said.
Mutua made the remarks during a press conference on Tuesday, where he explained that many content providers are going contrary to Kenya’s programming code.
KFCB is also monitoring Radio Jambo’s Joseph ‘Gidi’ Ogidi and Jacob ‘Ghost’ Mulee of the Gidi na Ghost morning show over their content.
