The ‘Jibebe’ hitmaker will be saying ‘I Do’ on the day of love, Valentine’s Day.  This will be exactly a year after Zari called off their relationship.

“I have arranged for my wedding to be on Valentine’s Day 2019. Valentine’s Day will be on a Thursday so we will have wedding celebrations that will last till Sunday. That’s what I have planned so far, I will inform you of any changes,”he said on Wasafi TV.

The father of 3 disclosed that it was about time he settled down. He has done a lot business-wise and he would want a woman to grow with, “I really want to get married. I have done a lot of things, I need to settle down, I have invested in many businesses I need a woman who will help me grow. I need someone I can consult and cooperate with to expand my business empire.”

Promise to mum

This announcement comes months after he promised his mum that he would settle down following the drama she had to endure due to Diamond’s inability to maintain a relationship.

His post read:

“Happy Women’s day mama na wanawake wote ulimwenguni... nashkuru sana kwa kunizaa na kunilea...wewe ni mboni na nguzo ya maisha yangu mama...licha ya shida na mateso uliyoyapata kwenye kunizaa na kunilea, lakini hata sasa ambapo ulitakiwa walau upumzike nimekuwa nikikukosea kwa kukuingiza hata kwenye matatizo yasiyokuhusu...Wanakutukana, wanakukebehi na kukutupia kila neno lililo baya, yote kwa sababu yangu mimi, lakini sikuzote umekuwa mwenye kunisamehe, kunipenda na kunithamini.....Nakupenda sana Mama, na nisameh kwa yote nilokukosea... Inshaalah, Mwenyez Mungu anibariki Mwaka huu mwanao nifanikishe ndoa yangu na kukupa furaha ya milele ambayo siku zote umekuwa ukiitaka.”
