Bahati's heartfelt message to the lady who came to his rescue

From grass to grace

From the many testimonies that he tells, Bahati is a celebrity who have managed to beat the ranks to be at the helm of the gospel industry from a humble beginning.

Through his Instagram Account, Bahati shared a heartfelt message sending gratitude to the Mzungu lady who rescued him from the streets and offered to take him back to school.

According to the star, he considers the lady has her second mother for giving him the motherly love that is essential to every child.

“Tonight Was One of the Most Humbling Evenings in my Life. I got a Visit from a Woman that Took Me from Mathare at a Tender age. She offered to take me Back to School and Housed me at  Children's Home.” Reads Bahati’s post

He also advocated his success the lady, saying without her help he could be a nobody in the society.

“I am whom I am because You & Your husband accepted to be Used Of the Lord. I know you're Happy I can invite you for Dinner at a Place I call Home. l Respect you  for being a Mum when I Needed that Mother's Love Most, MUNGU AKULIPE” added Bahati

Bahati made headlines in 2012 for being the new kid in the entertainment industry, with his hit single ‘Siku Ya Kwanza’.
