In early May, comedian Njugush left the real Househelps of Kawangware after more than a hundred episodes in the show. Close to a week after Njugush left the popular show, two more people followed suit, Abel Mutua and Phil Karanja.

As they left the show after 104 episodes together, Phil sent out this message promising of things to come “We are grateful to Protel Studios for the two years we worked together. It's now time to work on new projects and our hope as Phil-It Productions is to be a game changer in as far as film and television is concerned. We wish the rest of The Real Househelps of Kawangware cast and crew all the best. May that fire burn for a long time to come. God bless.”

Months down the line, Phil’s dreams have come to fruition with a new show starting November this year.

Stringing in the likes of Makokha, Alexander Josphat and Ondiek from the popular Vioja Mahakamani show, the duo has a new local drama called “Hullaballoo Estate “ that will be airing on Maisha Magic east from 8.00 P.M starting  1st November.
