And therefore, it’s official Maureen Kunga of the famous band Elani is off the market.

Invite Only Wedding

According to our reliable source, the invite-wedding was attended by close friends and family members, hence being kept a secret from the public eye.

The white wedding comes barely 10 months after Maureen and her hubby held a traditional dowry paying ceremony popularly known as Ruracio at her parents’ home in Meru County.

Well going by her own description she is a Singer, Songwriter, YouTuber, and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

The Elani crew is made up of: Maureen Kunga, Wambui Ngugi and Bryan Chweya.

Elani made a major comeback in August 2018 after two years of silence by dropping a new album dubbed ‘Colours of Love’.

They had gone silent to focus on their individual careers; Wambui Ngugi holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from University of Nairobi while Maureen Kunga and Brian Chweya are advocates.
