Fans commend Akothee for releasing Kamba song ‘Mwììtuasa’

Fans came out in huge numbers to commend the President of Single Mothers Esther Akothee after she released a Kamba song dubbed Mwituasa on Wednesday 4th March.

'Mwituasa' is a song that encourages women to keep going despite the challenges they go through including their husbands leaving them or even passing on.

The award winning singer urges women to stay strong and not look down on themselves no matter how difficult their journey is. She encourages them to work hard and put food on the table, even if it means selling tomatoes, potatoes or roasted peanuts.

Madam Boss assures mothers that things will fall into place someday and also advises people to respect women since they are the pillars of our society.

Fans were surprised that Akothee was so fluent in Kamba and could pull of an entire song without struggling with the pronunciations. They commended her for the great content and inspiring other single mothers.

Others praised her for crossing the tribal lines and unifying Kenyans.

Despite the iconic Kamba beats, Akothee added flavor to the video with her energetic dance moves and some witty Lyrics.

She even goes ahead to greet people at the end of the song just like how Kamba songs usually end as they approach the climax.

This song will put you in dancing mood and netizens cant get enough of it.

The song has garnered over 300k views and is trending at number 1 on YouTube. This year, Akothee didn’t come to play.
