Hamisa had gone to court to demand an monthly upkeep of Sh230,000 for her son whom she gave birth to after a controversial affair with Diamond.
In an interview with Clouds FM in October, Diamond confessed to being the father of Hamisa's child.
On Friday, Resident Magistrate Devotha Kisoka of the Children’s’ Court in Dar es Salaam dismissed the case after hearing submissions from both parties.
Last month, Hamisa went to court to sue Diamond for child neglect accusing Diamond of failure to provide for his son for close to two months.
Hamisa through her lawyers argued that Diamond was unwilling to pay Hamisa for the child's upkeep in an affidavit presented before the Children’s Court in Dar ea Salaam, Tanzania.
However Diamond complained of the monthly upkeep saying it was too high and he was not be able to raise the amount.
He disclosed that he had been providing child support since the birth of their child.
Diamond further claimed that he had been paying his Hamisa a daily upkeep of Tsh70,000 (Sh3,131) as well as buying her a brand new Toyota Rav 4 worth Tsh20 million (Sh895,301).
