In an exchange seen by Pulselive.co.ke, the socialite who was responding to her followers said that she never closed her salon and it was only a rumor she had from people.
“@offcial_pixy Thanks love. And I hear people claiming we closed down. Biiiish where. Kenyans can wish evil on someone it’s even scary,” said Vera in one of her responses.

Vera Sidika went on to say that she heard that her ex-boyfriend was the one spreading the rumors adding that the only time she closed down her business was during Christmas.
Ms. Sidika said that people will always pray that you fall in what you’re doing and will even force others to believe you have failed.
“@_xxnicolettaxx_ I was told that some ex was spreading these rumors. They wish. NEVER closed at all. Only on Christmas Day. People like it when they see u fall. So even when u ain’t falling they’ll force others to believe u have,” wrote Vera Sidika in another response.

Her words come after reports went round that the top socialite who has been in the United States for weeks now closed down her salon after the VSBP’s Instagram page went inactive for a while.

The reports said that she had fired all her employees because the business was struggling and had failed to at least break even.
