I got dumped over some light skin chic – Nadia Mukami

Songbird Nadia Mukami has for the first time opened up on her first breakup and how bad it felt.

In a question and answer segment with a local TV station, Nadia said she got dumped by her first boyfriend known as Eric Munene over a light skinned chic.

She went on to state that at the time, she was a third year student in university, and described the experience as painful.

Ms Mukami said that she cried and had many sleepless nights because she thought the boyfriend was the one who was going to marry her. Nadia joked that despite all, she still made it.

“I was a third year in campus, from my first boyfriend. Eric Munene I made it. I got dumped over some light skinned but I made it,” said Nadia, adding that, “It was painful, I didn’t eat, I didn’t sleep, I was crying. I thought that that was the guy who was going to marry me but he didn’t marry me. Here I am, I made it.”

In another question, Nadia Mukami was asked to name any celebrity she would like to have an intimate relationship with, which she responded to with American rapper Jermaine Lamarr Cole popularly known as J. Cole.

“I mean I’m already dating him but he doesn’t know. J. Cole. I’ve said it a million times. He’s my baby daddy, we don’t have kids yet. He’s my husband, we are not married. He doesn’t know me. He has a wife but… J. Cole,” said Nadia Mukami.
