King Kaka to be sued by Waiguru

This comes hours after Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru also threatened to sue the rapper for defamation.

Waiguru, in a demand letter through lawyer Paul Kiragu Wathuta, accused the musician of uttering allegations and innuendos against her which have resulted in gross misrepresentation of facts and deliberate mischaracterization of her conduct.

She went ahead to demand that the musician pulls down the song from all social media platforms permanently, issue a public apology and commit in writing not to release any further defamatory songs against her within 48 hours.
