A Jubilee Senator is a man full of joy after his son turned a year older.

Nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura who represents people with special interests in Kenyan Senate could not hide his joy and went out to share a special message for his son.

“As you turn 1 year today our son, your mum and I are very proud of you. You have fought many battles and your smile, the little milestones that you make, your energy, all these little miracles make our hearts melt with joy, appreciation and love,” read the senator’s post.

The senator went ahead and expressed how much his young family misses his son’s sister and brother who passed on just day after they were born.

“We miss your brother and sister who are watching over us in heaven!! Happy 1st birthday our little prince!” read his post on Facebook.

Early last year, Senator Mwaura’s wife Mukami gave birth to premature triplets who according to her were very tiny and had to be incubated, but later on lost two of them after 11 weeks and only baby Njiru Mwaura survived.
