Zari Hassan’s emotional message to the late Ivan on his birthday

Today would have been the 40th Birthday of Zari’s ex-husband Ivan Ssemwanga.

The firsts are always the hardest when it comes to the death of a loved one, your first Christmas without them, their first birthday after they are gone and if you had kids together, your children’s first birthday without their dad.

Today was especially hard for Zari Hassan as the late tycoon would be turning 40 today. Zari sent out this heartbreaking message.“Happy Birthday Don, gone but never forgotten. You are missed. It’s not the same, the kids miss you so much. We do pray for you every single day, may you continue resting in peace.”

It has been 6 months since the tycoon passed away leaving many distraught and especially Zari who once said that Ivan will always have spot in her heart.

“Having been my husband for 10 years and the father of my children, Ivan will always have a spot in my heart and I am sure that I also have a spot in his.” Zari said on NTV Uganda.
