Social media Users, went ham on the Capital FM producer asking his employers to take action against his reckless comment.

However, Muchiri took to his Twitter handle to apologize to the violinist stating that anger made him react that way.

“I personally apologized to Miss Wanjiru Maina for what I said. I will say it also in a public forum. It was stupid of me & in bad taste. A few seconds of anger made me say what I said. I know I can’t take it back but I asked her for forgiveness & she thankfully accepted. I have no excuse for what I said. I am not perfect nor claim to be. We all screw up sometimes it’s life. Haya maisha Sasa iendelee” Reads Joe Muchiri’s Tweet
