Born Joel Vincent Joseph 33 years ago in Arusha Tanzania, Joel started his journey in the show business as an artiste named Mr Puaz who you may know from his banger ‘Usiku Wa Leo’. As an artiste, he forged relations with stars like Vanessa Mdee, Chege Chigunda, Shetta and Diamond Platnumz which came in handy later in life.
Many would say that his success as a manager can be attributed to his ability to balance business decisions with artistic expression making him a vital asset when it comes to making major career decisions for Harmonize.
Talking of business, Joel owns several businesses in Tanzania like Fresh 120 Media and Peruzzi Online and once in a while lends his writing talents to media publications like Thrive Global where he dishes advice related to Career Management and Music Business.
