Mwakazi who is a household name in Kenya’s media was a guest during the Rauka Show on Citizen TV hosted by Kambua.
His appearance caused a stir on social media with many confessing that they had missed the renowned orator whose communication skills is a cut above the rest.
Known for his signature voice and articulate presentation of his ideas, Mwakazi was (and still remains) a favorite to many when he worked as a news anchor on Citzen TV.

During the Rauka show, Mwakazi revealed that he found true contentment after he walked away from the life of glamour to simply serve God.
"The place of contentment is in the presence of God," stated Mwakazi.
Many urged the Royal Media Services-owned TV station to find a way of bringing Mwakazi back to the screens, admitting that he did a good job.
