Joho told all potential suitors that they must seek his consent before asking Farah Khaleck hand in marriage.
"When people come to want to marry you I must consent to it. Serious vetting, no jokes," he said jokingly.

Ms. Khaleck, who was diagnosed with scleroderma, has been conducting a medical fundraiser on social media.
Scleroderma is a group of rare diseases that involve the hardening and tightening of the skin and connective tissues. According to medical experts, the disease more often affects women between the ages of 30 and 50.
With the help of her friends and followers, she has been pushing the #IfikiePresidentUhuruKenyatta and #ifikieJoho hashtags in a bid to get help.
On Thursday, Khaleck was one lucky woman as Joho invited her to Mombasa after he got wind of her devastating story.
The Governor promised to provide the 5 Million medical bill for her stem cell treatment in India.

The condition has seen her unable to do basic things like holding a glass of water, sitting down and getting up without help, combing her hair and bathing herself.
The blogger’s dream is to live a normal life again.
The disease has changed her outward appearance completely and as a reassurance, Joho promised Khaleck that she will be super gorgeous after the procedure.
