The week-long celebration has seen the superstar go back to his roots and give back to the society whole heartedly and advise the youth while at it. Diamond encouraged the youth to stay away from drug abuse, and instilled in them that drug abuse is one the biggest things that holds one back from succeeding in life.

Seeing the tremendous job that Diamond was doing, his ex, Jokate Mwegelo sent him a special message to commend him.

She tweeted:

In June, Jokate, was appointed District Commissioner of Kisarawe District by President John Magufuli. The appointment came just a year after she was chosen to be the Youth League leader of Magufuli’s party Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), a position she had been holding until her recent appointment as DC.
