King Kaka and Nana Owiti have been together for years and are blessed with two kids, a son and a daughter.

Promise to fans
Prior to the launch, Kaka had promised his fans that Eastlando Royalty would be very different from the previous four albums, because he had invested more in the production and creation of the music.
He went on to say that the album will have different types of music and will also feature international artistes.

He also disclosed that album’s name was inspired by Nairobi’s Eastlands a place where he grew up. He went on to say that the reason behind Eastlando Royalty is to inspire young people who are out there struggling to make ends meet that one day things shall be well.
