Over the weekend, Strathmore university student Kenneth Abom sucucumbed to his injuries after falling from the 4th floor of an apartment in Woodley Estate on Thursday.

His family pointed a finger at popular rapper Octopizzo who they accused of beating their son before his fatal fall.

It is alleged that Octopizzo found the student at his house in Woodley Estate on Thursday and started beating him before taking a panga and threatening his life.

Octopizzo has however denied links to Abom’s death and told KTN that “No, I did not hit the boy. His father was the first person I talked to after the incident. I did not know why he came to my house. An hour later, we heard that the boy dropped from the fourth floor.”

Once news of Abom’s death hit social media, fans have been discussing the issue with some blaming the rapper. In fact, Octopizzo’s name trended for the better part of yesterday as some supported and others blamed him. Daddy Owen is the latest to weigh in on the Abom issue and is of the opinion that people should not rush to judge.

“Let’s wait for the truth to come out..... Let’s not be quick to judge,” he tweeted before adding “Let’s leave this story to our able investigators to do their job. Let's not be quick to judge. I pray for the Family who lost their son/brother.”
