Speaking to Mzazi M Tuva on Mambo Mseto Lovi says that his twin brother almost lost his left eye as the tumor had already spread on the left side of his brain however, thanks to the specialists who handled Christian’s case; his brother still has his eye sight.
However seeing him lay in bed and go through the different tests was like torture as he had no way of helping out. Lovi says he had to take some time off work to focus on his brother who is now fully recovered and strong.

Christian however lost his hair due to the chemotherapy he underwent. He also lost his appetite and has no more memory for about 4 days. Surprisingly, Lovi says his brother was still in touch with his music and this is what helped him recover fast.
Lovi went further to say that he is thankful to everyone who supported his brother through prayers and messages. It has been almost a year now since Christian had the surgery and judging from the video interview with Mzazi, the Longamba brother looks better than ever.
