Lupita Nyong’o lands a new job days after the successful premier of Black Panther

She couldn't be any happier

Lupita who disclosed the news through her social media accounts said that she was happy that she will be producing and starring in the feature film adaptation for South African comedian Trevor Noah’s book “Born A Crime”

“When I read Trevor Noah’s "Born A Crime," I could not put the book down. Excited to announce that I will be starring in and producing its feature film adaptation! #BornACrime,” she said.

The Mexican-Kenyan award winning actress made the announcement days after the successful launch of the fantasy/fiction movie across the world.

Black Panther set a new February and Marvel IMAX record in the US, earning Sh2.35 billion in the past four days when the movie debuted in 404 IMAX domestic screens.
