Here is Lupita's heartfelt message to his father

Lupita took to her social media account to send her heartfelt message to his father Peter Nyong’o after failing to attend the inauguration ceremony.

In the letter Lupita has talked about 10 things her father used to tell her while she was a kid that gave her confidence to be the person she is now.

She also acknowledged his father’s efforts in Politics reflecting on the things he has done to make Kisumu County a better place.

“You must stand up for what you believe in: This is a fundamental lesson from my father. He lives by it. It is why he serves: To literally make the world a better place. I know I have to do the same. Good people need to do more to bring balance, because the bad people sure are busy these days” reads part of Lupita’s message

The Hollywood actress also send her gratitude to the people of Kisumu who voted for his father.

“Today is the day my father gets sworn in as the Governor of Kisumu County in Kenya. I thank all those who voted for him and wish him the very best as he embarks on this new journey of socio-political representation. To celebrate this day from afar, I reflect on the 10 Things My Daddy Told Me When I Was A Kid That Gave Me Confidence” reads Lupita’s message” .

According to Lupita her, taught her learning is the best way to stay young, beautiful and relevant.
