The 28th edition of the Koroga Festival is set to go down on Saturday 30th November to Sunday 1st December, officially kicking-off the festive season in the country at the Bomas of Kenya, Langata, Nairobi.

Koroga festival brings Africa's finest on one stage
Dubbed the World Groove Edition, it promises to be one of best and unforgettable end year parties for 2019. This edition will showcase an explosive line up of celebrated and award-winning artists.
Day one will feature Boondocks Gang, Nviiri The Storyteller and RICO Gang giving out the best of new wave chart, topping Kenyan vibes.
Day 2 features Congolese musician and rhumba maestro Kanda Bongo Man, Veteran Songstress and Nakei Nairobi Crooner Mbilia Bel, People's favourites Ohangla fusion star, Emma Jalamo and the king of Bukusu folk music, Steve Kay.
"Everything has been put in place by the Koroga Festival team to ensure our fans have a great experience as it is the custom of all our events,” Capital Group Limited, Commercial Director Farida Idris said.
For smooth transportation to the venue, Koroga Festival organizers have once again partnered with SWVL, a transportation network company, to provide transport to commuters to and from the venue, on both days.
The early bird ticket for day one goes for 500 Kenyan shillings and 1500 Kenyan Shillings on day two.
Aptly named after the Swahili word meaning “mix" The Koroga Festival is a celebration of African music, food, art and fashion brought to you in the form of a concert and an open boutique market. It is a great reflection of Kenya’s brilliant and diverse local talent, that also attracts leading artists from all over the world.
