He is now one of the most sought after comedians in the country by corporates, this is judging from the huge number of deals he has penned with some of Kenya’s biggest organizations.
Multiple corporates
If you are a fan of Njugush you have probably noticed that he has become the new ad king with skits for various corporates. Some of his latest ads includes one with Jiko Okoa (which has employed another comedian Wilbroada as their brand ambassador), Co-operative Bank, Showmax, Britania biscuits, Bountiful Safaris and Safaricom for their Data strong campaign.

That is not the only project he is working on with Safaricom as he is a mentor for Be Your Own Boss, BYOB, one of Safaricom’s latest projects. He is also the Pwani Oil products brand ambassador.
Supporting wife
Apart from his hard work, Njugush’s success can be attributed to two people in his life, his wife Celestine who has held him down since day one when he had to ‘kill’ his own relatives as he could not afford to take her out for her birthday and Abel Mutua who gave him a leg up in TV through ‘Hapa Kule’ news.
Speaking of the wife Njugush said “This lady (Celestine )always held me down. I was so broke that at times couldn’t afford supper. She’d always save her college pocket money for that. She’d go to Githurai market and do some shopping for the house. Lol yani she’s that day one. I was so broke that on her birthdays I used to kill my family members bana “babe nimepigiwa simu kuna uncle wa cousin ya aunt ya cucu wa beste ya mwalimu wangu wa nursery amepass……..
