Nonny Gathoni is credited as the ultimate host when it comes to weddings shows having taken Citizen TV's Wedding Show to the level it is today.

Her work at Citizen was so good that she was able to launch a new show at NTV called “Baileys Weddings with Nonny Gathoni.” A show that also helped her flex her production and directing muscles as she was the producer of the show through her own production company called Nonny Gathoni productions NG.

However before she could even make a mark at NTV, she faced a legal battle with Samantha Bridal over copyright infringement. Nonny and her team claimed that Samantha Bridal illegally acquired their pilot episode and related documents and used the information to modify their show to look more like “Baileys Weddings with Nonny Gathoni”. That was the last we heard of Nonny.

But she is back in the showbiz scene after landing a job as the host of Ebru TV’s fashion show “Rate My Style.”  A reality show whose aim is to look for Kenya’s ultimate stylist.

Just like many shows revolving around fashion, Nonny is flanked by some of the best in the fashion game. She has the Kenyan Stylista (Fashion Blogger) Lady Mandy (Stylist), Lucia Musau (Fashion Blogger) and Sheena C (Founder-Strategic Fashion Development Consortium Nairobi International Fashion Festival) as her panellists.
