Olive Burrows speaks on marrying Dennis Okari, explains their relationship

The duo has won over Kenyans with their chemistry.

Dennis Okari and Olive Burrows

This is because of their on-air chemistry that has had fans pressuring them to get married.

Olive Burrows has now come out to deny any romantic relationship with her co-anchor and said that the kind of relationship they have is a professional one.

On comments about them having palpable chemistry, Olive said “I’m grateful that people like the pairing of Dennis Okari and I. It is genuine; we don’t act, that is who we are. I always get calls of people telling me that they are eating popcorns and laughing because of what has been written.”

On-air chemistry

Miss Burrows disclosed that the chemistry they have is genuine and it's good working with Dennis as he is himself and allows her to be herself.

“Deno was himself and he allowed me to be myself. He was honest with me. He kept telling me to slow down because I speak very fast. He helped guide me and improve my skills,” she said on working with Okari for the first time.

Asked on whether she would listen to the fans and marry Okari she said: “That is not gonna happen.”

Before Dennis Okari and Olive Burrows became the hottest duo on TV, Okari worked as TV reporter while Olive was at Capital FM. Olive famously interviewed Obama in 2015 during his Kenyan visit.
