Muna Love opens up about late son Patrick Peter’s death

Patrick Peter was strong

Since her son’s death, Muna whose real name is Rose Alphonce had decided to be silent about what happened but has now divulged all the details.

Severe headache

In a press conference, Muna narrated the struggles she went through from Tanzania to Kenya. The emotional actress revealed that her late son had a problem with his legs and had to undergo surgery to enable him to walk. She added that after Peter came back from her grandmother, he had started having severe headache.

"Patrick kwanza alikuwa na matatizo ya miguu. Aliamka tu alikuwa hatembei. Mara ya kwanza nilikuwa na feel ni kama ni mzaha lakini baadae tukampeleka hospitali  akafanyiwa operisheni na akawekwa machuma Lakini baada ya miezi nne tulimrudisha tena hospitali kutolewa na akapatikana na usaha", she said.

"Alivyokuja Patrick kutoka kwa mamangu, mama alisema Patrick hajalala anasema kichwa kinamuuma tumeenda kumcheki na amekutwa ako na U.T.I.  Hospitali ya kwanza kuenda ilikuwa Agha Khan.Tulipofika wakatulaza. Wakamcheki mtoto Lakini hana jambo lolote isipokuwa kuumwa na kichwa. Siku ya pili wakamfanyia M.R.I wakampata ana uvimbe kwa kichwa na inaamuumiza wakaniambia ni brain tumor," she said.

She went on to reveal how Kenyan gospel singer Mercy Masika and her husband helped her upon arriving in Kenya.

In her narration, Masika helped her from going to Agha Khan Hospital in Kenya to going to Nairobi West hospital.

She also said despite all  that, her boy believed everything was going to turn out alright but it turned out differently as Patrick's heath suddenly changed and went into a coma.

She added that they went every day to see if there his health had improved but the doctor told her that his brain was not functional despite all other body organs being operational.

The doctor suggested that they reduce the medication as it might be overpowering him. However, the late Patrick failed to wake up and and unfortunately passed away.
