Police confiscate Diamond Platnumz's passport ahead of Kenyan show

He is expected to perform on 28 April at Carnivore

This is after the singer was arrested by police on Monday, and was interrogated for sharing intimate videos of himself with top Tanzanian socialite Hamisa Mobetto and an unidentified white woman on social media.

They were then asked to surrender their travel passports and their phones to the police as they conduct further investigations before stern action is taken against them.

Diamond and his baby mama Hamisa are expected to honor another police sermon on the 20 April.

The confiscation of the African Beauty hit maker’s passport has caused reason to worry as he is expected to put up a mega show on 28 April in Nairobi Kenya alongside American rapper Rick Ross but he cannot travel without a passport.

According to Tanzanian laws, any person found guilty of sharing pornographic content or any content that goes against the law risk a jail term of 7-10 years or a fine of Tz20 million (Sh800,000).
