The Bongo Movie actress popularly known as Susan Michael made the drastic changes in her life days after meeting with the Minister of Information, Sports, Culture and Arts to explain her acts.

The actress who features on the list of models and Video Vixen's who were restricted from using social media, got saved and now she is living a new life.

On January 08, 2018, the Tanzanian government through the Music Regulatory Board, Popular Known as BASATA, banned all celebrities from posting nudes photos on social media while in their line of work.

Affected musicians

According to the Executive secretary of the Board, those affected by the ban will not be allowed to do music for a period of six months.

Actress Susan Michael aka Pretty Kind was the first one to be summoned by the Magufuli's government for posting nude photos on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.

“Msanii anatakiwa awe ana mavaazi ya staraa katika kazi yake. Lazima Msanii asajiliwe ndio afanye Muziki hapa Tanzania, na ivapo msanii atakiuka sheria za uvaaji basi atafungiwa kufanya Muziki kwa Muda usiopungua Miezi Sita” said Executive secretary of the Board Mr. Muingereza

Speaking to Journalists after being banned from doing Music and Posting on social media, Pretty Kind asked for forgiveness from the Tanzanian government and her fans at large and promised to change her ways.

“Naomba niombe radhi kwa Watanzania wote kwa hiki nilichokifanya natambua nimefanya kosa naomba msamaha aweze kunisamehe, pia naomba msamaha kwa mashabiki zangu kwa hiki kilichotokea nimejifunza hivyo nitakuwa Pretty Kind mwingine mpya na kufanya yale yanayotakiwa katika jamii” Said Pretty Kind
