Prominent event organizer and media personality Christopher Kirwa famously called Chris Kirwa has been crowned as the events host of the year 2019 by Africa MICE Awards.

An excited Kirwa shared the good news via his Instagram expressing gratitude towards all who voted for him.

“Africa MICE Awards 2019. Thank you for voting for me #AfricaMICEAwards #WeThankGod,” reads Chris Kirwa’s post.

The Africa MICE Awards was started by Global MICE Summit in a bid to recognize players within the MICE Space who have exuded extra-ordinary character in line with the criteria set out by the Global MICE Summit Committee.

Notable figure in Entertainment Industry

Kirwa is a distinguished events’ organizer, MC, as well as a top-notch entertainment expert in Kenya.

He started off his career in media at KBC and Metro TV and has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years now.

He is also among brains behind the rise of Miss World Kenya and Miss Tourism Kenya and runs an events company called CateChris alongside his wife Cate Kirwa.
