You cannot be a successful mad woman – Ringtone to Akothee

Controversial Gospel singer Alex Apoko popularly known as Ringtone has blasted singer Akothee, after photos of her weekend performance went viral.

Akothee I’ve just come from Roysambu. Akothee mimi nina mafans ambao ni wazimu bwana, they have just sent me to you Akothee, they are complaining. They are saying you cannot be a successful musician, a successful dancer and a successful mad woman. You cannot be successful in everything. You cannot do that, wachia wazimu kazi yao, stick to your lane ya kuimba na kudance,” said Ringtone.

In one of the photos, Akothee is seen dancing with her dancers pulling her legs apart.

The pictures prompted blogger Robert Alai to throw harsh words at the mother of five saying that she was a disgrace to the society and a pig.

The blogger added that it was unfortunate and it was sad that she inspires some single mothers.

The 50 year old disgrace which apparently inspires some single mothers. A total disgrace. Complete pig!!!” wrote Alai.
