The retired Pilot has refuted the claims, stating that the images doing rounds on social media, were taken during one of his tours around the world and people decided to share them with allegations that he had bought a private jet.
“Some people have simply picked photos I took, while travelling, and added theirs to say I have a private jet. It’s not true,” Ronald Karauri told the Nairobian.

Photos of the retired Captain, who is known for his flashy lifestyle, had raised Eyebrows on whether he has gifted himself a private jet Gulfstream G650.
Karauri, owns a 2016 Mercedes Maybach S600 and a 2016 Range Rover Overfinch both with synchronized number plates, ACE 888 and ACE 777.
Karauri Career
He got his inaugural piloting drill in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He became a co-pilot for six years and captain extraordinaire for five, summing up a decade-long career at Kenya Airways, from 2004 to 2015.
